AXS TV HARD ROCK/METAL Tribute Bands

AXS TV with host/producer Katie Daryl have been broadcasting live concerts from the Sunset Strip for over a year now with three successful seasons of the show. Nearly half of these shows have been hard rock and heavy metal bands, including tributes to Metallica, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, KISS and Van Halen. Many notable celebrities and rock stars were in attendance throughout the three seasons for the shows. There’s a growing list of notable bands that have found replacements for their original members through the tribute band scene – there have been more than you are probably aware of. With a resurgence in hard rock music and the tribute band scene more popular than ever before, it will be interesting to see how many more rock and metal bands will be featured on the show when it returns for a fourth season NEXT MONTH.

The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands returns to the Whisky A Go-Go in Hollywood for its fourth season with host and executive producer Katie Daryl on September 9.

AXS TV is moving World’s Greatest Tribute Bands moves to Tuesday nights at 7PM.

Oct. 7 – Dog N Butterfly: a Tribute to Heart
Oct. 14 – Fan Halen: a Tribute to Van Halen
Oct. 28 – Ozzmania: a Tribute to Ozzy Osborne & Black Sabbath
Nov. 4 – Bostyx: a Tribute to Boston & Styx
