A somewhat odd, yet irritating garage punk band out of Wales named The Bug Club will make one’s skin crawl while listening to their quirky album “Every Single Muscle” which was released on May 29, 2026.  This fuzz-laden collection of music features eighteen tracks that sound like a bunch of immature people are throwing a screaming temper tantrum and throwing their toys around when they do not get what they want.

The temper tantrum begins to reveal itself in a blunt way in the melodramatic track “Make It Count.”  This track features sorrowful vocals and gurgling garage punk melodies that sound like a group of misfits whofeel like outcasts in society.  Therefore, they are making an unforgettable impression to the status quo by seeming to ride on a magic carpet through the sky.  Meanwhile, the temper tantrum continues as storm clouds hover over a village in the eerie track “Full Range of Motion.”  This track features screeching vocals and explosive garage punk melodies that sound like a rowdy group of people who are dancing and sweating it out while ear-piercing music is blasting in a smoky nightclub.

Finally, the temper tantrum slowly simmers down to a childish whine in the agonizing track “Every Little Muscle.”  This track features groaning vocals and abrasive garage punk melodies that sound like a bitter person feels like they are being raked over hot coals because they refuse to follow mainstream society’s oppressive rules.  So, every time the bitter person attempts to express their opinion they get “whipped” and it hurts.

The Bug Club is a strange garage punk band who literally feels “squished” by society for being different throughout their creepy album “Every Little Muscle.”
