The curtain has fallen in Dublin, Ireland.  However, the spirit of the legendary blues rock guitarist Gary Moore lives on forever with the release of his soul bearing album “Gary Moore Live-The Baloise Session” which will be released on May 23, 2025. This emotionally intense collection of music features eight heart wrenching tracks who was known for telling tales about passion and heartache whileputting his own spin on covers from various artists during concert on November 13, 2008.

A rowdy evening begins with a man’s heart pounding out of his chest in the passionate track “Oh, Pretty Woman.”  This track features gritty vocals and sultry blues rock melodies that sound like a beer is slowly pouring out of a tap at a bar in the middle of nowhere.  This track is a steamy tale about a man who is completely swept away by the sight of a beautiful woman who is doing everything she can to drive the man absolutely crazy and loving every minute of it.  Meanwhile, the rowdy evening quickly turns into a night of overwhelming guilt overtaking a man in the heartbreaking track “Don’t Believe a Word.”  This track features quivering vocals and haunting blues rock melodies that sound like a ghost is yowling loudly inside of a guilt-ridden man’s mind.  This track is a scathing tale about an ignorant man who pours his heart out to his girlfriend who he has repeatedly cheated on throughout their entire relationship.  So, the ignorant man vows to never cheat on her again.  However, the ignorant man knows that he will cheat on his girlfriend again because he knows that she will keep taking him back.

Finally, the rowdy evening comes to an excruciating end in the painful track “Walking by Myself.”  This track features screaming vocals and groovy blues rock melodies that sound like a man who is dancing to the beat of some cheerful music in a crowded nightclub.  This track is a frustrating tale about an angry man who has had enough of his girlfriend’s obnoxious behavior.  She has treated him badly during their relationship in which the angry man has catered to every whim.  Therefore, the angry man has decided to leave his emotional prison and enjoy the freedom of living his life as a single man.

The legendary Gary Moore was an amazing blues rock guitarist who poured his heart and soul into his music throughout his entire career.  His final album “Gary Moore Live-From Baloise Session” pays homage to the artists and the music that he loved so much.  These Irish eyes are gleaming with pride down from heaven knowing that he has not been forgotten by his friends and fans.  This album will really shake off the winter blues as the Spring temperatures slowly rise to a sweltering Summer that will be full of an endless array of hot romance and a wrath of agonizing heartache.
