A new lease on life has been given to those who feel like they have been left out in the cruel world and struggling to survive.  This new lease on life is coming out of Germany from a stunning and passionate power metal band named Thornbridge.  This exciting power metal band paints a vivid picture of darkness turning into light throughout their riveting album ‘Daydream Illusion’ which will be released on March 22, 2024 featuring eleven ear-piecing tracks that will truly awaken a hopeless world. 

The new lease on life begins with hopelessness and despair racing through a troubled child’s mind in the mysterious track “Daydream Illusion.’  This track features robotic vocals and blistering power metal melodies that sound like a frightening scene from a horror movie is interrupting a child’ s dreams of happiness and joy.  This track is a horrifying tale about a child who is struggling with what is real and what is imagined.  The troubled child has had a rough life filled with hopelessness.  So, the troubled childwants to live in a peaceful world that is full of happiness rather than overwhelming sadness.  Meanwhile, the new lease on life continues with the relentless battle between a life of despair and finding peace rages on in the in the thunderous track ‘Eye of the Storm.’  This track features searing vocals and eerie power metal melodies that sound like a major hurricane is occurring destroying everything in its wake.  This track is breathtaking tale about a troubled child who has been carrying the burdens of anundesirable childhood.  However, the troubled child is determined to find happiness in his life by letting the naysayers who doubted his abilities know that he is a bright child and is worthy of a little bit of positivityonce in a while. 

Finally, the new lease on life comes into focus in the hopeful track ‘Send Me a Light.’  This track features soulful vocals and haunting power metal melodies that sound like the screams of a scared child who is crying for help from a higher power because the child feels that there is no one on Planet Earth who is willing to take the time to listen to him.  This track is a soul bearing tale about a heartbroken child who is calling out to God to give him some much-neededguidance so that he can grow up to be a happy and healthy adult while having a reason to live which is what this lonely child has always wanted.
