Bid to receive a private drum lesson from Glen Sobel in Los Angeles to benefit the Rock Scholarship Fund (generously donated by Glen) – the proceeds will help low income children who otherwise may not receive a music education.  FULL DETAILS

Currently on tour with rock legend Alice Cooper, opening for Motley Crue (and also having subbed for Tommy Lee in Motley Crue in concert four times this week), Glen Sobel has played in a variety of genres including rock, hip hop, pop, metal, punk, and fusion.   Recently he has played, toured, and/or recorded with gigs ranging from hard rock (SIXX A.M.– featuring Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue), pop/r&b (tour with ELLIOTT YAMINAmerican Idol finalist who topped the Billboard Hot 100), instrumental fusion (Glen played on guitar great PAUL GILBERT‘s new DVD), stadium/arena rock (Glen toured in 2010 with VASCO ROSSI– Italy’s biggest rock super-star, playing to crowds in excess of 40,000), to studio TV work (Glen plays drums on the new version of the MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL theme on ESPN).

 Recent live events have also found Glen also playing behind such heavyweights as Steven Tyler, Rob Halford, Weird Al, Pat Simmons & Michael McDonald of The Doobie Brothers, Robby Krieger of The Doors, Ke$ha, Johnny Depp, Mike Meyers and many more.

In 2013, Glen won 1st runner up in DRUM! Magazine’s Drummies Readers Poll for both the Rising Star and Rock/Metal categories.
