RUSH CLOCKWORK ANGELS TOUR UNIVERSAL CITY CITYWALK MOVIE THEATER 11/18/2013

The first concert I ever saw in a movie theater was Rush.  It was shown prior to Song Remains the Same when I was a little kid.   That was over 30 years ago.   This was a good way to see the last Rush tour without shelling out $200 for a seat.    It was pretty cool seeing Rush with an orchestra.   Some of the new Rush material is OK and the most of the old songs rocked.   Compared to the new Metallica concert movie, this seemed a little old/ dated in the way it was filmed, but it’s still worth checking out – especially on a big movie theater screen…… and since the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City is gone.
