Santa Bought a Yacht

Songwriter and vocalist Anthony “Train” Caruso’s sense of humor and light-heartedness comes through to round out this family-friendly track with a little bit of naughtiness in the lyrics for the adults jamming along…

It takes place on the tranquil Florida beaches after Santa has traded in his sleigh and laid off his trusty team of elves in exchange for a fancy yacht.

Anthony “Train” Caruso is originally from Audubon, PA, a small village about 35 miles west of Philadelphia. “The rock scene has always taken a back seat to NYC, but the R&B Soul scene in the 70’s was Epic with the sound of Philly. The current rock scene on the charts is more POP than ROCK, so I believe I am catering to a large group of disenfranchised old school music lovers searching for the music that brings back memories of the best times in their lives. no matter what is happening in your life at any given moment there is a reason to hold on. We have to keep in mind that tomorrow is a brand new day with another chance to find the happiness we seek no matter how ground up we are by life. I woke up one morning and had a melody and the first 2 lines running through my head (for the “Santa” song), so I went into my studio and decided it was time for Santa to retire…..besides, he can’t compete with Amazon anyway.

-I’m looking forward to touring the US and Europe and hope to meet a lot of great people along the way. I hope my fans can look forward to more great songs and hopefully a few accolades in 2020.

308 GHOST TRAIN released the timeless, soon to be classic single “Santa Bought a Yacht,” on 308 Records.

“Santa Bought a Yacht” is out now and downloadable on iTunes, Apple Music and Spotify.
